This is obvious - santa can replicate himself an infinite number of times like all the other archangels and do many things at once. In scientific terms he transforms himself in to a huge uncollapse wave function and visits every house at the same time.

It's all down to Egyptian legend. It was originally Santa's grotty pharaoh, but the sign was done by someone with dyslexia.
