Rams have been under-achieving...again...this year.

As for Grossman, they're 10-2 with Rex as their starter, so it would take a disaster to change that...or at least that's what the coach said last week. Grossman needs more than an average game to solidify his place. He needs to string together a couple of...dare I say it...JP Losman-like performances. Lately, Losman seems to have turned a corner in Buffalo just as they were calling for his head.

I think Grossman will actually be safe once he is not only able to manage a game, but shows that he can carry that team with his arm if needed.

With the Bears its either the Devil you know, or the Devil you don't, as son-of-Griese is next in line behind center and he's had mixed success in his years in Denver, Miami and Tampa. Admittedly, the best job in pro sports is the backup...he's always fantastic until you are forced to play him which causes you to see just how good (or bad) he actually is.

i think he saved his job. do i think there should have even been the question? NO!

I think, what did the polls say, over 60% of Bears fans were calling for Griese. I also think that now far more than 60% are back on the Grossman band-wagon. That's the problem with chicago and their fans, a bunch of band-wagon hopping bozos!

I've been behind grossman every step of the way, and I can see that I was making the right choice in sticking with my team. something too few bears fans can relate to.

Grossmann perfomed well yesterday for coming off of a game wherein he only had a 1.3 passer rating. He played smart, and he didn't think too much. It was perfect!

We don't need a big hero going out there showboating, we just need someone to get the job done, grossman did it last night and has done it 11 games this season. regardless of f-ups we didn't lose 11 games with G-man at QB, we won.

i imagine that rex grossman will be very good interior the destiny. What human beings dont understand is that he ought to were interior the league for decades yet he replaced into actually a rookie very last 365 days. what number video games did he commence on the begining of the season? each and anybody forgets to do not ignore that even Payton manning struggled his first couple of years. look on the signs and warning signs of greatness he has displayed. the city of chicago and all different bears followers might want to get in the back of this guy, help him including his self belief themes. Why is it that when he's sweet each and anybody loves him or maybe as he's undesirable each and anybody is hostile to him as a replace of affirming ok he's in a hunch more advantageous suited luck next time? Does absolutely everyone imagine that brian griese is the answer? if so look decrease back at his denver days. there's a reason that he's now not there. only provide gross a chance to benefit from his blunders. He has given you each and every and each and every of the signs and warning signs. He only lacks self belief.

All this talk about sticking with Grosssman is very interesting when you take into account the fact that it was no problem for the coach to pull the starting QB in the playoffs when Grossman was supposedly healthy at the end of the previous season. What happened in that game?

I thought he had a good game....That 22 yard little run he did got it going.....Sometimes thats all your need. That second TD pass he threw was sweet. I was so happy he had a good game. I thought all the critisim he was taking last week was ridiculous. Give the kid a break. Hes only played 20 something games. Hes young and hes learning. The thought of putting in Griese would be insane. Like Lovie Smith said we are 10-2 with Rex. You stick with Rex he has the talent and you let him develop into what he is going to become....a great QB...He just needs time. I mean you could put Griese in but hes what in his 30s so that like just putting a temporary band-aid on something. Rex is the future. Im not a bears fan but im rooting for him to do well.

One game does not make a king. He has to keep winning. Until the Rams gave up in the second half they were stopping him pretty good. Can he beat the good teams like that? Yet to be seen.

He saved his job. Don't know if he is good enough to take the Bears to the Superbowl.
