Fraud does kill people, although it is a slower death than a bullet through the head. It is rarely punished, as the government in power is implicated along with the police. What is the fairest way to deal with the fraudsters before it ends up in multiple random murders?

It appears that all the answers so far to this question, indicate that committing fraud is the best way to deal with fraud. This contradicts some of the answers to my other questions. I guess you must draw your own conclusions.

Fraud is prosecuted every day. If you have a case, bring it to the district attorney's office. I'd leave out the part that you want to murder someone though.
