Search: U.S. Treasury FAQS Denominations of Currency. It gives you a list of all denominations which have been printed and in circulation, in the past, present, and possibly some for the future. It also mentions a select few of some so called, "One Million Dollar Special Issue", notes that were in existence and the story behind them. It's interesting.

the highest bill in circulation is the $100.

Not to my knowlege, but I'm sure you could go to a bank and have them break it down, but not all at once. You would probaly get several hundred thousand at a time. Good Luck. My question is why would anyone want a million dolar bill? What purpous would it serve?

The largest American bill is the $100,000. There were only a few ever printed and I don't think they were ever circulated.
