Well i am 173 cm long and 51 kgs weight Desperately need to gain weight. Plus i have digestion problem.

TEN WAYS 2 INCREASE CALORIES

1. Eat at least three well-balanced meals, including a hearty breakfast, and snacks throughout d day. 4 sme people, it might b easier 2 eat smaller, more frequent meals than large mals.

2. Eat hearty soups such as lentil, minestrone, split pea, or cream soup rather than broth. Make your canned soup with regular milk or evaporated milk instead of water n top it with pearmesan cheese n croutons.

3. Eat cereals with added fruit or nuts instead of d puffed varieties. Make cooked cereal with milk instead of water.

4. Add powdered milk 2 puddings, baked goods, milk shakes and mashed potatoes.

9. Choose desserts that hav nutritional value bt also r high in calories. Pudding, sweet breads such as banana bread or carrot muffins, ice cream, oatmeal cookies all make d grade.

10. Don't let any1 talk u into taking any supplements that r "guaranteed 2 put on weight". Be patient, try 2 keep a positive attitude about food, eat lots of healthy food, exercise regularly, and you will gradually start 2 c results.

Eat two bananas in the morning with a glass of milk / oats.

If you eat eggs, then eat one everyday, atleast 5 days a week.

Soak 4-6 almonds overnight and eat in the morning.

Eat Chapatis more than rice. Atleast 3-4 per meal with daal and atlest two vegetables, specially green leafy veggies.

Eat lots of salad and fruits.

Keep eating in bits throughout the day. Don't concentrate only on lunch and dinner.

There are bulk protein shakes out there, but whatever you choose, be sure it's healthy. Snack on peanuts, almonds, quacamole and chips, those things are healthy, but do have high fat contents.

yes i suggest you increase your food calories per day
by a Little because if you choose something else you might become bulimic or worst
