The teacher told me to choose one movie to be reviewed. Options: The abyss, heat, the piano, Gosford Park, The hudsucker proxy, go. I was thinking to choose Gosford Park, but my sister who has already watch, said that the movie is very complicated and hard to understand. I haven't watch any of these movies.

The Abyss is good. But if you like comedy, The Hudsucker Proxy is good as well - it's got a lot to say about business and ethics and greed, so it might make for a good essay. The Piano is good, but depressing.

The Abyss is probably the best to review. It's what I would review if I had your choice, but still it is your choose isn't it. Gosford park is pretty complex.

from the list the abyss is my favorite ... I think I've seen the others but don't recall how I felt about them.
