Lived here 10 years and Im yet to hear anyone being called that.
They call the english 'roastbeefs' by the way so it may well be something to do with diet.
But they dont eat frogs much here either.

probably the same reason as why americans don't like being called yanks... and aussies don't like being called sheepshaggers.
for me its nothing personal i dont mind being called a dutchman because of where i'm from. I'm actually proud of it because it shows that the "caller" actually knows something about my history and culture.
