If your words don't make him stop, then walk away and leave the room. If he follows you, then pick up the phone and call your mother or the cops. If you don't want someone touching you, it's your body, and you're the one who has the power to stop this from happening. If you don't like it, get out of that situation fast. Leave the room is best and if you have to fight for yourself. Use what God gave you...your brains, your arms, your feet, your fists if needed. Just do it.

Threaten the law on him!
Just let him see you coming away from talking to a cop or coming out of a police station even if you did not talk to them about him. You can go in and turn around and come back out in few moments this will put a scare into him.
I know of one person that gave a good bite on the arm of someone that would not stop touching. Sometimes drastic measures must be taken before your life is ruined.
The best way is to stop seeing the person! If they do not have enough respect for you to stop when you ask, then they do not love you, they are lustful and only want their desires met. They really have nothing of your interest in mind.
Go, and keep on walking away...far away.

You warn them and if they persist you call the police immediately... Do not get talked out of it, do it..
