The knee jerk reaction will be for most people to say 'Bush!'.
The Kennedy family brings to mind the Cuban missile crisis and Bay Of Pigs. And that lush,Ted Kennedy got away with murder.
The Bush clan are looking for power and GW Bush is out of control but I think that the Clintons are far more power hungry and therefore more dangerous. Hillary believes government is great and therefore more government will be even greater.
The Gores are irrelevent. Al Gore is laughable even. His global warming crusade is coming apart.
Roosevelt and the Yalta Conference led to the deaths of millions at Stalins hands.
This is all just tip of the iceberg. All of these people/families you mentioned are pretty scary and ruthless. Most political animals are.

Having lived under all of them I have to say Kennedy. He did nothing but marry well, and nail Marilyn Monroe. JFK is not credited with anything by serious historians. Bobby was useless and abandoned the fight on organized crime so he could run for Senator.
Roosevelts were not family, only distantly related.
Clintons, so far have not done bad.
Gore is not a politcal family, by any means.
And give me specifics on Bush family being so bad. The war? Many presidents have had bad wars. Senior Bush was one of the best men to hold the office.
Try going further back. Look at Adams for worst.

Based on your question neither! What makes them worst? They did not do anything that hurt you..congress may have but they didn't. Maybe you should look at your own family relations and ask how your family stacks up against them..these people you mention are human beings with the same kind of cares and problems we all have just on a different level. If they never were the 1st family you probably would not have heard of them. what's that old saying " Judge Not Least Ye Be Judged" or Let he who is without sin cast the 1st stone.
