try yoga and call a therapist if you feel you can't cope on your own. Good luck to you.

I never thought i would be the type of person to get panic attacks and such but it's become a thing of my daily life the past couple of years. I know i seem to control it much better when i let off some steam and exercise and eat better. I still have a problem with it and wonder if any second i will have another breakdown but i think the key is to direct all that built up energy into somewhere positive and keep yourself regularly stimulated mentally, physically, spiritually. Goodluck - i really do hope things work out for you and you find a way to channel that energy somewhere that'll help you understand it and help you.

Ya start an exercise program with a diet plan. Increase sleep and get more off time. Stop worrying about everything and do something for someone else.

Not sure I understand the problem, what kind of lifestyle change? Did you move, quit smoking, have a sex change?
