My printer will not print out completer pages. Can anyone tell me why?

For instance, when I print out a google may and there are 20 steps to get me from point "a" to point"b", the printed page will be missing some of the steps in the directions--say step 6 and 8. Why is this happening and how can I fix it?

There is probably more than 1 page. When you press file and then print ,your print box shows up,it will tell you whether or not there is more than one page,it will say "printing page 1 of 2" for example.
You probably never noticed that. The computer recognizes how many pages there is to print out.

Mine is doing something similar. I think I may be out of black ink.
