I mean, if mother's don't think their sons are babies why then are thier daughter-in-laws calling them babies? Is this actually admittal of the shape they are trying to get their husband's in rather than working on the relationship between themselves and their husband. How many mommy-in-laws out their even come close to not acknowledging their sons are married? I am very curious as this is the claim of todays daughter-in-law and girlfriends as well. IMO these actions are more like manipulative tactics ....what's your take on this? Any fathers feeling they could have done more to model leadership to their sons?

Umm where exactly do you live? I have never heard of a guy or girl ever saying anything near that. I am happily married and never would I call my husband a mommy's boy.

I have 1 daughter and 3 sons. None of my kids are or ever will be considered "mommys" son's.

The concept of all of this is that mommy's boys jump, do, please, listen to, and respect their mothers. When they get a wife, their still the same to their mothers. And the wife is ignored, not treated the same. let alone right, and she see's this as a bad thing in her marriage.

Mommy's boys have to learn that sence they are now married, their WIFVES should come first now, NOT their MOTHERS!!!

A woman calling her husband a "momma's boy" are fighting words. Ladies....if you think I'm kidding I'm not. And don't be stupid enough to try tossing this out to your husband's or boyfirned's in the heat of an argument. If you do...do so at your own risk. personally I think you'd be safer lighting a cigarette while filling the gas tank of your car.

Dude. Ever heard of the man laws? Probably not.
If you have to ask this question you could be a mommy's boy.
That you could be influenced by a partner's name calling proves it.

I call mine a momma's boy, he does everything for her. He pays her bills, and everything. It's time for momma to grow up and get a job. She calls at 3am for a light bulb to be changed and he does it, she is only 45.
