i was and i am for different reasons.
When i was still in Lebanon i was afraid of random explosions that could happen anytime and anywhere.
Now, i'm scared when i drive over a bridge that i have to take to get home and i always imagine i'm gonna get into an accident and fall into the lake underneath and no one will be able to help me.

I fear I might break dow totally and kill myself before I get some help. And this fear helps me avoid such deadly thoughts, and be cautious. Take care.

All the time. Anything could happen at any time. People who aren't afraid, should at least be aware that things COULD happen to them, and they're not untouchable.
