Let out your anger or frustrations. Tell your close friends about it and ask suggestions on how to deal with it. However, try to assess their answers if it's good for you.

Confrontation is also a good way. Another is to make a journal about yourself. List all the good deeds and bad things you have.

Ask yourself: "Do I have an authority for taking away my own life?"

And of course, Pray to God.

suicide is so "final" --- there is no coming back .
i lost a couple of mates through this tragic way to leave life .
those that get left behind have no finality to why their friend or partner took this course -- and so they are left with the legacy of trying to work out why !!!?? why!!!??? -- what drove them to this --- sure some leave notes ,etc.
avoid suicide by having no tendency's to take this tragic path -- you might think you are rid of all your worries -- but you've left everyone else with a blank balance .
i particularly thought of one of my friends who took this path --- as to whether halfway through it all he'd have liked to have a change of heart --- to late to late she cries !! think about it -- don't do it !!
