Painful Nipples?

For the past month, at least once a week i have been getting really painful nipples, especially the right hand side, i am currently on my period, so there is no chance that it could be to do with pregnancy, but i have never experienced this pain before, so i dont believe it could be because i am on.. please help!

have you checked your bra sometimes putting on a little weight also can add problems i recommend breast Shields go to a cositer at a good dept store and get your bra fitted properly.also could be age
