What is the playoff tiebreaker in a yahoo public ff 10 man league??

My team and another tied for 4th place and I had him beat head to head, but he made it and I didn't. What's up???

Points is usually the difference maker. Whoever has the biggest point total wins the tiebreaker

Are your records the same? do you have the same exact number of points? Look at your last game. Who scored more points? Who's better Looking? These could all potentially play a roll in it
