In iTunes, click "Help." Select "iTunes Help." On the right side, click "Create playlists." Click "Burning CDs or DVDs." Click "Creating your own MP3 CDs." This will give you all the info you need.

Remember - if you want at least 100 songs on a CD you must make an MP3 CD, not regular audio.

iTunes> Preferences> Advanced> Burning
You will see a checkbox that says "MP3 CD", check it. Create your 100 song playlist and burn like you would an audio CD. The resulting CD will contain MP3s.
Remember to change it back before trying to make a CD to play in a CD player.

Using iTunes?
I dont think its possible. But hey! i have a Compaq and i use Winamp to burn CDs...
But for MP3? I suggest Nero CD burner... I'm not sure where to find it, but if you cant find it try going to Downloads.com and lookf for something you could use there~

I hope this helped~ ^^;
