Dolly Parton: Great singer, composer,has written hundreds of songs, many for other singers. Great with people, especially with children,although she could never have any herself. She grew up in a one room cabin in the Great Smokey Mountains in Tennesee, the fourth child in a family of twelve children, so she had to be a mother herself to her younger siblings. I could go on, but watch for her on Dec.26th on CBS, at the JFK Center in Washington DC, when she, Stephen Spielberg and other personalities will be honored for their achievements. An all star cast will perform in their honor.

My favorite singer is Michael Jackson because he not only sings, but creates the song, beatboxes all the instruments so the musicians know exactly how he wants it played, does the drums and computer stuff himself and designs the layout of the music videos. and he can dance so well.
