Gameplay depends on the individual games, mostly. The PS3 has that 6-axis controller, which is supposedly really clunky. 360 has XBox Live, which is probably the best internet gaming service right now. Currently the 360 has a greater library of games, so if you're deciding which to get, I would recommend that one. The Wii would also be an excellent choice.

Gameplay refers to the video games not the actual console itself, but anyways, I prefer the PS3 since the hardware is much much better.

it really depends on what kind of games you perfer. I personally like PS3 for MGS4. BUt Xbox 360 has been out for a year now so it has a strong libary of games to chose from.
