a breast cancer.after a week, i feel pain in my leftside of my heart.what is this? i also feel pain every on my left chest evry afternoon, its like pinching pain.

Is the pain in your chest or is it in your breast? I have breast pain and I have had lumps which have been removed and still have breast pain. I also have had chest pain.
If all your doctor did was prescribe medicine and said to watch it, I would either tell him you want a work up, or you go to another doctor and get a second opinion to make sure it isn't your heart. My chest pain was actually just acid reflux. It is better to be safe than sorry. I would ask for a mammogram and an ultrasound of your breast. The mammograms did not show the lumps in my breast, but the ultrasound did. I would also ask for the echo for your heart. I would rather rule out things and be on the safe side and hopefully find out what is causing the pain. Pain is there for some reason. I will be praying for you.

are you talking about breat pain or chest pain? if it is breast pain it could have a lot to do with hormones. if it is chest pains it can be stress or anxiety pains. if it were a heart attack you would have a crushing sensation as if someone was sqeezing the air out of you. but what type of medicine did the doctor prescribe for observation? what type of doc? if you are really concerned then maybe a cardiologist should run tests. you mentioned cancer is that a fear you have or were you diagnosed?

is the medication a pain reliever? if it is, your doctor might be considering costochondritis. did you have other tests done like an ECG or tests for the heart? if yes and it's normal, it might be costochondritis. is it your breast that hurts or is the pain deeper like your chest or heart? coz if its the breast, an ultrasound or a mammogram can be done. are there other symptoms like nipple discharge, retraction of the nipple, change in the skin of your breast? do you feel any mass? anyone in the family who has breast cancer? if all yes, further examinations will be done like what i've said. just follow your doctor and trust him.

is it chest breast or is it in your ribs? you mentioned that you had this pain every day about the same time. if its in ribs or heart then and you feel tired and have raised temperature it is possible to be tuberculosis of some kind. I hope not, but you should try and get things moving really fast with your doctor.
