It'll make a 10w-30 (10w-30 is just for a example) a 15w-40....
cheap thickeners and cheap anti-wear additives (zinc)...
NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!
You do not need oil additives...., use a good synthetic oil...

I don't know, but I would go to the STP web site, and contact them, email or whatever and ask them. You say oil treatment, and also petrol engine, so I am not sure what you mean. I would think oil treament is oil treament, regardless of engine type. Petrol additive on the other hand, is to clean up petrol engines, valves and so forth. If you put the oil treatment into your diesel tank, it might just burn it.and smoke a bit. but to be sure, contact the STP web site and see if they can tell you for sure. Be more specific about what you put into your tank.

no it will not hurt anything including your turbo , but it will not do any good except lighten your wallet. buy good quality diesel rated engine oil and maintain properly don't worry about adding any of the snake oil additives

Don't even think of putting that crap in your engine! You'll coke up the turbo bearings and destroy them.

You should never use oil additives unless specifically recommended by the vehicle manufacturer. Follow the manufacturer's recommendations for servicing your vehicle.
