What about Alex (greek - comes from Alexandra, meaning great one) for a girl? Another option could be Jamie.
As for boys, why not have a look at foreign versions of traditional names, such as Matteo (Italian; Matthew), Antonio (Italian - Anthony). You should check out the Bible for unusual names - lots of options without having to name your baby after fruit or the place it was conceived.
Good luck and congratulations!!!

My girlfriend has daughters named Summer Rose and Brandy Way I always loved those and my sister was suppost to be a boy and her name was suppost to be george so when she turned out to be a girl they named her georgia and called her george. I also think charlie is great for a girl.
As for boys maybe Tristin can not really think of any really cute boy names sorry. You can look at your local library and find books on baby names and the meanings of each name. good luck on the name and the baby to be.

Charlie and Georgie both nice for girls, good choice! Archie,Alfie,Harry are boy names I considered.Had two girls (with girlie names so no good to you!)
Also, little boy in my daughters school called Beau.(Bo) Which sounds weird but actually is really cool.

I've always liked the name Bobby for a girl.
As for a boy, I like the name Ioan (pronounced Yoan).
