It is a lenghthy procedure. In Bangalore it is very good and done by high class soceity people but they are NGO 's.
Pl contact ' Chaithanya' . They have small kids from 3 months to 4 or 5 year old.
First speak to them. u can discuss. They will do the entire formalites of legal adoption.
There r christian institutions also does this service.
Minimum time 6 months for the procedure to get completed.
