My female goldfish won't mate with the males but just go off into conch shells together. When they come back they're flushed and won't even socialize with the males.
Could they be little fish carpet munchers or is this normal.
p.s. They also like listening to Gaye Adegbalola.

Yes. They are carpet munchers of the fish variety...the males are only there to harrass and make fun of... just watch.

Inspect them more closely. You'll soon find that they are infact ALL lady-fish. I mean, can you honestly say you've ever seen a goldfish with a stiffy?
