I brought back a few small sea sponges from the Gulf Coast. So far I've just rinsed them off and soaked them for a short time in a baking soda/water solution. They are outdoors drying but still have a fishy smell. Any help would be appreciated. : ) Happy Holidays!

Soak in vinegar and then wash well with Dawn dishwashing detergent. Allow to dry outside.
