Does anyone think I would have trouble selling my house because of a Bangladeshi family next door? They 're no trouble but peoples perceptions these days!

i´m an estate agent and YES, this is a problem.

I´m not saying this is correct or wrong but you can miss out. I´ve had clients who have told me they do not want to live in Bangladeshi areas, even Indians have told me this. (so much for them all being one big happy family).

Generally, it depends on the area, like east london or bradford etc where there is a mosque or large muslim population, english and other minority groups do not want to live with them.

Even a pakistani once told me that they are know as a dirty race of people.

this is a fact and NOT my opinion.

I think it really wouldn't matter. If it does, than the people are fools, and their the ones who will be missing out on a great house with not only good neighbours, but interesting ones too!
