The blood of Nautilus is azure blue(sky blue) because of the presence of hemocyanin as respiratory pigment dissolved in the plasma.Hemocyanin is a conjugated protein containing copper.

If they do, it is becuase their version of haemoglobin is based on copper, rather than iron. I know lobsters do.
