No, that's not why women do not play football.

It's because the best male athletes are one heck of a lot bigger, stronger, and faster than the best female athletes.

In fact, the best female athletes are not as strong, big, or fast as mediocre male athletes.

That's why Martina Navratilova, when she was in the prime of her career, couldn't even beat her own coach. Because her coach was a man. And her coach wasn't even an active pro player.

Actually, I'm sure you could find some women out there playing football, if you looked hard enough. But I want to see the BEST players play -- and the best football players are guys.

I have often thought that football was a way for closeted and self hating homosexuals to have an excuse for wearing tight clothing and bending over and jumping on top of other guys all the while holding a ball as their main instrument of play and patting another guy on the butt when the ball gets a score. But I think that perhaps I was reading to much into the homoerotic acts of football. But then again...

Here's an idea why don't you go to a game and ask as many people as you can? Maybe use the public announcement system.

I suspect you would have the answer pretty quick.

Also I assume you are taking about Football as in Association Rules (DON'T EVER CALL IT SOCCER), and not American Football (where feet and ball rarely come into contact, which is an off shoot of Rugby League).

Its a void question really, would you say shoe shopping is for closet lesbians? Thought not.

No, no,no!

It's a straight game is football.

It's Rugby that's gay, 'cos they play it in public schools and theological colleges.

I mean, what other all-male game has a load of boys dressed in shorts, throwing their arms around each other and bending over?

They're just scrum-boys.
