Any establishment has the right to deny service to a customer so in that sense there is not much you can do. You can always get a lawyer but it is a lot of work and money. Another route is public embarrassment by calling the media. They love this kind of story. The threat to call the cops was to make you leave. It had nothing to do with pornography.The cop would probably make ou leave because it is their establishment and if you make too big of a racket he can take you away for disturbing the peace or some BS like that but, not for pornography because pornography has to be proven which is harder than it sounds. It depends on what you show ofcourse. If you where topless then yes but what you describe sounds like pretty normal everyday stuff. I would argue that the display of models wearing underware is pornographic by the definition they gave you and maybe some of the magazines they carry especially the tabloids. One thing to do is call walmart customer service and get to an area general manager or higher that has more clout.

LOL I watched a recent report on CNN where they were interviewing an owner of a hotel chain that had pay-per-view movies and offered adult films. He said they bring over 2 BILLION dollars into the hotel chain each year and the average time watched was only 9 minutes.
As long as it is done with a little class and has a story line, I will watch iton occasion. But if it is just trashy people jumping each other, no.
I actually enjoy the "soft porn" more, including the American Pie series. I get to laugh and see some nudity.

Its disgusting sometimes, I am awe inspired mostly when it is a one on one..
Its about how you view being p i s s e d all over and licking b u t t s that usually helps you puke......

Yes....its degrading for a woman to let 8 guys you know give it to her(to put it nicely).just think of the stds they have!!!!!

Not something I'm that interested in. It doesn't disgust me i suppose i would watch it with my partner if he wanted to spice things up a bit though.

um wow. i guess thats a matter of opinion. im still in high schoo l but i think sex is something private and shouldnt be videotaped and shown to world. not that many guys care but it degrades women
