insulting corn snakes isn't going to get you anywhere but ball pythons do bite less than corns i have owned both and I never got bit by the ball but did by the corn, it really doesn't hurt though. I own monitors and deal with them biting me and it hurts a lot more then the corn bites but I don't think they are garbage. when you accept the responsibility of a pet yyou also accept the fact that animals can be unpredictable and that they weren't ment to be our pets.

Who's arguing about anything so subjective? Both snakes have the potential to bite, both species have been known to bite etc. This does not make one species superior or more desirable than the other. Too many variables come into play, temperament in general, the ability of the handler, the health of the snake at that time, etc. I own both species plus many, many more, including hot herps. All are a joy to care for & study & of course, the appropriate cautions must be taken. None of my snakes are particularly prone to bite, yet all can & some have.
I fail to see what point you're trying to make. If you don't like being bitten by your corn snake, give it away . Don't rate or belittle a species just because it follows it's nature.

Why claim an animal is "garbage?" That doesn't show much respect. Maybe corns just don't take to you or maybe you were unlucky with your bites. No need to generalise about all corns.
For your information, I have both corns and ball pythons and I've been bitten by both in equal measure.
It depends on the temperament on the individual snake. You can't say all corns bite or all BPs are lovely. Living creatures don't work like that.

Well I have a Baby Ball right now ... I did get bite by him but it was my fault. When we got him he was only eating one fuzzy mouse and well weeks went by feeding him and all when one day I fed him one and let him hang out in there for about 15 min and stuck my hand back into his feeder tank to take him out and put him back into his home and he bite me! That was a HUGE clue that he was ready to eat 2 fuzzy instead one one.
Now I had an Albino Corn not too long ago and she never snapped at me or anything, We fed her pinkie mice and later notcied when she got bigger that okay ready for 2 pinkies and so on and so forth.
But I have heard from a couple of people that Corns do bite sometimes. Maybe it's also because my Corn was with me for hours almost everyday. I was told by a guy who works at a reptile shop that said Corns are the types that need to be handled ALL the time. They are one of those attention seekers.

I had a ball python one time. His name was Silas and he was the most beautiful creature. The only problem I ever had with him was that he was a picky eater.

It sounds like you are frustrated. If you truly feel that way about your corn snakes, please rehome them. They may be picking up on how you are feeling. If you are anticipating a bit when you pick them up, they may be cuing in to the anxiety you are feeling.
