well they have to be in proportion with your waist measurement.
the sexiest, according to men of most cultures, is a hip/waist ratio of .67. so if you have a 24 inch waist, a 36 inch hip is sexiest to men.
both marylin monroe and kate moss have this ratio, even though they are 10 dress sizes apart!

Well I have big hips and nobody told me that they are sexy,on the contrary everybody tells me that my hips look like a trunk!

i too have big hips... alot of girls envy me for having such big hips... i resent it though... i heard most men are attracted to it... my EX's told me my hips looked great and so as my husband and just a lot of people say so... but i don't get it... i guessw that's human nature... you envy what you don't have... you resent something that others want... ;-)
