No problem there, I have the same setup for my system (80GB Master and 160GB Slave)

go ahead and do man...
i ve 160 gb hdd as my master and 250 as my slave
got p4 2.8 ghz
d - core processor
with 1gb ram
i dnt find it slow
you start and fix it up..
nothing to worry
