If you could list up to three of the most important aspects of getting in touch with your customers, what would they be? Do you need single avenue comms, multi-platform comms, do you target via demographics or do you target based on consumer emotional response? You could talk about timing, methods, locations, etc...anything. Please tell me what business you're in when answering - it would greatly help me with a study I'm doing.
