Bear in mind, they always try to trim wages when someone has left a post vacant...play crafty girl, accept the job so you are financially stable, take what they offer, dont sniff at it, get the experience and THEN go for the kill.

Some agencies such as Hays will give you a salary guide. You need to take into account whether you are going to get any training, the hours and the prospects. You should probably expect £17k as a minimum if you have no qualifications. Think of something else to do if you are not going to study.

It depends on whether it's a position with opportunity for promotion.
If not, you shouldn't accept less than £20k. However if there's a chance of moving on and salary increases you could consider £17k upwards

depends on your experience and current situation. most first jobs in this role I seen advertised are 18, some as low as 16. receptionists who garner 20k tend to be in the role for a while and have dictation skills on top of switchboard experience and experience with va rtiety of presentation packages. and diary/appoihntment work.
if you not based in london then maybe hold out. but once your hear its easier to find the work on the payscale you feel you deserve.

not sure what you advise "honest". honest relies upon on what her husband's earnings replaced into, I advise he's a prosperous guy, probable does no longer omit $50M yet often in a divorce the money is going for the newborn. a woman gets alimony on condition that she had no earnings or job of her very own and Heather does have a profession of her very own. yet probable their tax gadget might take a million/2 of that, and that i do no longer comprehend if $25M might shop that newborn contained in the type she is familiar with (probable had a super abode, nanny, clothing, toys, training, transportation) and that i'm particular McCartney might wish his newborn to maintain residing in luxury. i'm not sure if the courts might enable Heather to revisit the court docket if her newborn mandatory greater or no longer. i might think of confident. i comprehend Heather asked for greater money, and have been given much less. She needed greater protection for her and her daughter.
