I love to cook, be creative and see people enjoy my work. Also I don't have to deal with the whingers who complain over the most trivial issue (as different to legitimate complains if their food is not good)

I'd prefer to be behind the scenes. They're the last to get whinged at by customers. In my current role, I'm the first person they whinge to. And I'm sick of it.
