Granted - The London/Europe area has produced SOO MANY groups worthy of BEST status (Beatles, The Who, AC/DC, Etc, Etc.)
Who is as popular & profitable dead - broken up as they were alive - together & still performing. That will be the true decider for this answer.

Yes, Elvis was big.... but he wasn't a "group". He was an individual performer like John Denver or Frank Sinatra.

No man, they are not. They are only famous because of one song... The Final Countdown. They are good though. Best rock band for me is Black Sabbath. Innovators of Heavy Metal.

no they are not. they were ok, but not the best. they needed several more hits before they could be considered the best. look towards led zeppelin.
