6 weeks is still early for pregnancy symptoms so i wouldn't worry hun. Most people start to feel things in the next few weeks however some don't get any symptoms at all. Honestly though if you are really concerned the best person to speak to is your midwife. Good luck and congrats x

I would try and relax a bit. getting yourself worried for nothing isn't good. I would say you are still in the early stages to suffer morning sickness and as for not feeling twinges, that sounds good to me. All the people I know who have had a baby felt nothing until about 12 weeks into the pregnancy. I had a friend who had twinges from the minute she found out she was pregnant and she also suffered a miscarrage so no twinges is a GOOD sign. At about 12 weeks you should start feeling a fluttering feeling in your tummy. This is normal and should be the first time you feel your baby.

I have had two children and both I felt hardly any sickness and didn't feel any twinges until about 16 weeks. My children are both very happy and healthy. 6 weeks is too early to feel movements at all.

Hope this eases your mind

6 weeks is very early. I am 36 weeks now and I did not feel my baby move until about 18-20 weeks. The only sign I had that i was pg was a missed period. Good Luck!!!

why do peolpe expect to feel things and have every pregnancy syptom under the sun espec so early on - you are only just pregnant and may not feel sick have aches get too tiered etc at all
with my first i was bouncing with energy all the way through, just calm down and take each step as it comes cause stressing could cause another loss

Not everyone gets 'morning sickness'...I started my pregnancy with twins and never got sick once (though a few smells made me gag!!) and I didn't know I was pregnant until I was at least 8 weeks (due to losing one twin...had bleeding which I thought was a period)

Just try not to worry!
