I don't think you need that much previous experience to work in that field. I think you might hire someone who have had a lot of social interesting in their back ground, is good looking and can keep people drinking/buying.

Depends on what country you are from, but over here, it shouldn't be that hard. The whole business is short on good staff. It is a hard job, though, so you'll have to be prepared to work hard and a lot.

Go to TAFE and do a Bar Course and Hospitality Course.
In Australia there are courses at TAFE.
Look in the white pages if your in Australia for a TAFE near you.
