The proportion of circumcised females in Western countries is very small and only among ethnic immigrants.
As regards males, except for religious reasons, only in the US are males generally circumcised which, in the variety of circumcision practised in the US, involves rmoving between a third and a half of the total skin of the penis (for those who have never seen and handled it at close quarters, which is the vast majority of Americans, the foreskin is doubled over itself at the "oepen" end and normally projects well beyond the end of the penis. That's the most sensitive skin in the body and it protects the sensitivity of the head of the penis. When it's removed, the penis becomes a blunt instrument. When it's intact, the penis is a sensitive, probing instrument. Much more desirable all round.

Female here: a guy without a foreskin is much less pleasurable to be with. The end is hard and dry by comparison to an intact man. The indescribable "gliding" motion of the foreskin is one of the most erotic feelings imaginable. It should be considered child abuse to mutilate baby boys so they and their future wives/lovers will never know this joy.

i have foreskin and its more fun during sex. know other guys with foreskin and there girlfriend love it. when you have sex it can be more enjoyable.
