Circulate among people with similar interests IN PERSON not here. (Well here is ok for networking purposes.) Example: Lets say you're into comic books - Perhaps take an art class or attend a comicon event or hang out at the comicbook store.
Are you into horses? Help out at a horse rescue or volunteer at a stable. Take riding classes.
You get the idea.
To me the best friends I have ever had are those I met while volunteering at something I believe in. In my case I volunteer with the challenged, the elderly, animals and the poor. I have also worked my way up the ladder as a BBQ judge. (it rocks)
Once you find people you click with be sincere, nonjudgememntal and mostly BE a friend. Nothing to be afraid of. If you don't click you're not out anything anyway so be yourself.

Go out more, try new activities. Dont just sit in the corner, be the one to make the first move and start a simple conversation with someone.

You cannot make friends....'coz they r not easy to create....
Sometime people come into your life
And you know that they are meant to be there forever....
Though you don't know why....
You would not have met such a friend yet...
Or he/she might be already there in your life.....
All you have to do now is to....
Discover them...
Identify tghem.....
Recognise them.....
Feel their presence....

Its something great task. I mean, if you are seeking true friends.And of course be good to others, try to make others happy, not by money but by your words,deeds and prayers...
And do you know even our single word can change one's mood, mind....
