Almost any of the Beatles/McCartney love songs sound excellent on an acoustic guitar as he wrote many of them in just that manner. "Here, There, and Everywhere", "Norwegian Wood", "In My Life", "And I Love Her", and "Something" (George Harrison) come to mind.
