crackers aren't bad, the travel sick bands work quite well but not if you use them all the time. Unfortunately you just have to play around with different foods and drinks. The good news is it tends to wear off by about 12 weeks. You have my complete sympathy, i was sick 24/7 for 3 months - grit your teeth and ride it out.

I had four pregnancies, three of them sick, all day, every day for nine months. Middle one, nothing, not a twinge.
Anyway, I found that I could keep it at bay (the actual throwing up) if I ate little and often. I would throw up and once the spasms had gone (about 20 minutes) I would quickly eat something. And then if I kept eating little and often, I might be lucky enough to stop the throwing up, although the nausea remained.
The more upset or anxious you get, the more sick you get too.
I did get meds from my doctor and they seem to have done my children no harm. The medication helped, but it didn't take it away. Good luck, honey. It's really hard and I felt very resentful when so many people sailed through. At times I took it very personally. But you're not alone ...
Oh, I ate salt and vinegar crisps and drank ginger ale. By the bucket.

Hi there i had the same problem love its awful i know. I found eating rich tea biscuits or ginger biscuits before i got out of bed a help. Not the most exiting thing in the world but they seemed to settle my stomach a bit. If you are getting it all day try dry toast too. Again its crappy but worked for me. Sorry to hear you are unwell but hopefully it should all go away by your 12th week. Hang in there its worth it in the end honest.

try travel sickness acupresure bands that you put round your wrist they help with sickness, i used to wear them while i was at work and when it got bad cause they were a bit uncomfortable, otherwise just experiment with different foods, i went through a stage where the only food that didn't make me feel sick was salad, and my mum told me that when she was pregnant she couldn't drink coffee or eat tomatoes as it would make her sick so it's worth a try!

try eating dry crackers or toast, and try eating something before you get out of bed.Eat little and often as too much food in your stomach will make you feel queasy. It normally passed by the time you're 12 weeks gone.If it's really bad, then go see your midwife/doctor and they might be able to give you something.

Believe it or not what helped best for me was sour candy. I cant stand anything sour but it really worked! I used Altoids sours. They come in Citrus, Apple, Tangerine, Mango and Raspberry.
Safe to use all day.
