No I don't think so.I think that the rest of the world is just catching up with them.Brazil and Argentina are still on top though!

If you accept the FIFA rankings, Brazil is #1 now and was #1 in November '94 and November '98; Argentina is #3 now and was #9 in '94 and #5 in '98 ... so, they really aren't weaker, wanker. ;-)

South America as a whole is going in the toilet. Too many dictators. Satan is crushing that country like a bug. It's reverting back to a primevil state.

They have exceptional talent , which keeps on coming, all they need is good management, dont just judge them by recent dissapointing results,they still have good to great players n new talents keeps on coming

african and oriental teams are getting better

s american countries loosing there big players but there are lots of young talent ........................ few years time ule hear big young names from there again in the wc
