how the way to get scholarship from foreign university(such as america or UK)?

i'm indonesian student. but i don't know about the required of studying in abroad. and how many the minimum score for my TOELF or IELTS test?

Every university has its own admission requirements, therefore, there is no minimum universal TOEFL or IELTS score. You need to select a few universities to which you would like to apply, and gather their admission requirements.
