get a good anti virus. then if it doesn't clean everything and you computer is still not working right you have to make backups of everything on it except executable files (those have to be deleted) reformat the hard drives and reinstall the operating system

if you want the best there is .......download solo antivirus control wizard 2007 .......im using it for 19 years and no viruses !!! ever ......the trial version does not end scanning and removing viruses, even when the 30 days pass away .......it just does not allert you when a virus comes into your pc ........you have to scan your pc to know and delete .........it deletes viruses very quickly ......and does not slow down your pc or damage your system like other antiviruses . www.srnmicro.com
