i need a bit of advice about what to do about a stalkin ex boyfriend, i have tried everthing to get rid of him, i even have a restraining order on him with the police. he is getting worse, i split with him and he followed me text me everday allday and then when he thought i was going out wiv someone he smashed a glass in his face, but he wa my mate that he glassed, i dnt no wat to do ne more..... plz help me!

Listen don't have any sort of contact with this man even arguing is contact and gives this man hope, change your phone number, changes your routines, don't look or speak to him not even through another person someone is going to get seriously hurt. NO he do-sent love you his pride his hurt he is jealous nasty person so don't let him into your life it may take a while but eventually he will get the message, especially if he finds someone else to bully -a new girlfriend good luck to her

Unfortunately, the legal process of dealing with this sort of incident is expensive, long winded and not very effective. As an ex police officer, I'm afraid to say that your best option is to get a big ugly friend to - ahem- lean on your ex a little. Heavily. It's the only language that some individuals understand.

The best and easiest solution, start dating a cop. Short of that, move, change your phone number, stop hanging in the same places. Dating a cop is MUCH easier!
Whatever you decide to do, remember it may be a pain, but being safe is so much....safer LOL
Sorry, but I've had a stalker for years and I've not been able to get rid of her so I'm not much help.

honey he sounds like he's got serious issues....change your number and if he comes near you again, have him arrested, you already have a restraining order against him and it's criminal law if he violates this....don't put up with it....report him to the cops about the assault on your friend....this guy is nuts and he may do something worse if he is not stopped...don't be scared of him, get him off the streets before he does worse...record his calls, save his texts and if you can get pictures of him if he is close to your home, then go to the police...i had an ex like that, he terrorised us for months until i did something about it....the longer you leave it the more he will continue to harass you...have him stopped now and get him done for the assault...no one deserves that crap

its time to call the police and file a report and each time it will keep add up trust me i am a ex police officer you need to file befor you get hurt youre ex has ready show he is crazy

Your EX is crazey tell your dad or brothers.... If my sister had a problem like this I would be concerned that she was going to be injured and probably take matters in to my own hands if he didnt stop....

Contact the police again. If he is breaching his restrainging order they might be able to arrest him.
