I really rather prefer boiled Corn Beef Brisket or Regular Beef Brisket baked in the oven with Mong Tomas sauce (it’s a Filipino sauce for beef) and red potatoes. I also want fried salmon or stuffed cooked milkfish. But my Mom will more likely cook ham with cranberries and stuffing even though everyone else doesn’t want ham.

With respect with the said religions I mean no disrespect, But enjoying the wonderful taste of christmas honey glazed ham makes me glad I wasn't raised Jewish, Muslim, Hindu or any other culture that is forbidden to eat pork.

.......How bout TURDUCKEN? You know a Turkey stuffed with a duck and a chicken. Takes all day to cook, is very expensive (over $100 dollars), must be ordered ahead of time, is very rich tasting and fatty. Is absolutely wonderful. I had the privelege on Thanksgiving at a party!
