Excersise, drink lots of water, have a multivitamin, get a scrubber and skin complexion enhancer get some help at
your store.

go to your local shopping centre and head for the beauty counter. Its best to ask their advice and then they can put the stuff on you too as everybodys complexion is different.

a cream that contains almond oil and honey will be ideal.
