Welcome to the philosophy section where we will probably crush your feelings because philosophy can so easily prove us wrong.

Sorry, but for the philosophy section we have to ensure that we properly define things. For without definition, we cannot truly know a subjet.

Violence: 1. An act of aggression (as in one is against another).
2. The property of being wild or turbulent.
3. A turbulent state resulting in injuries and destruction etc.

Although there were no injuries, you acted aggressively by posting this question. You took initiative to post this question which requires at least a little amount of agressiveness. If you were less aggressive, then you would have been too shy to post the question. You are then classified as possessing aggressiveness, and you are against something.

For those two reasons, you are not against violence.

Now, you are probably asking a moral question here. I will answer it in this fashion... No one can be against all violence, because you may be unaware of another's point of view. I punch a robber in the face because he is robbing my family - is this violence? Not in my point of view, I am defending myself. If you were able to do that, knowing full well that you would successfully defend yourself and family, wouldn't you do the same thing?

Now I will be nice to you...it is morally wrong for us to commit an act of physical violence against another where we have nothing to gain.

Knowing my luck, someone will come on here and prove my theories wrong.

I dislike shouting, I dislike talk about murderes and thing like that. I want to be happy without any violence around. But sometimes violence is needed in order to rid the world of other worse violence. Mark me down all you want. ;D!

I am. I think that problems can be solved easily if people weren't such jerks and started pulling out their guns the moment they hate someone. Arguments are okay, as long as they are peaceful and each side thinks it's fair.

Hmm... I don't think its right, but I think the way things are today, it's a necessary evil. Violence stems from violence, so unless everyone stops being nasty to one another, violence will always be needed

We create such things in our life when we even think of them, Give them unconditional love, then release them to Gods care.

im all for violence, hate, acidic thoughts, destruction, mayhem, torment, torture, pain, screams, agony, hopelessness, depression, anxiety, death, and despair.

i like punchin' jaws and makin' em sip through straws then breaking into their house after they go to the surgeon to get their jaw bone fixed and stealing all their pain medicine and taking it for my own pleasure gain and installing videocameras in their house to masturbate furiously to their screams of pain, hopelessness, and despair.
