BECAUSE I AM CAPABLE TO HANDLE THE POSITION WHICH IS YOUR REQUIREMENT.

Shift the focus slightly. Start off with...

"When I chose you as being high on my list of employers for whom I wanted to work..." and then add the reasons why you could help them with things relating your past experiences and current skills to their current needs. Starting with the line I mentioned gives the impression that you've thought out your future and you'd like to see them as part of it, but you have also considered others and may have other options. On the off chance that they actually ask you about this, make sure that you list a couple of others and have your reasons for wanting to work for them prepared. You want to not only show that you've put thought into the job you are seeking, but also show that your services are valuable and others may also want to hire you. I also find choosing your words and grammar according to the position you are applying helps. At my present job, the interviewer talked about having me 'orientated' at certain locations. That is not a word and for some stupid reason, it annoys me but I used it in reference to what she was talking about. Words and grammar can be viewed as real positives but can also be seen as your trying to sound above someone else. I'll choose between 'who' and 'whom' in the line above depending on how I think the words will be received because, although 'whom' is the proper word in the sentence, it has an uppity aire to it.

The best advice I can give you is this... have a "you attitude". Which means focus on the employer, what you can do for them. Avoid saying "I", and be creative. For instance it would be better to say "because you would be hiring a qualified person". Rather than, "Because I am qualified for the job". This may sound a little silly, but believe me it works.

I start from my home to buy some apples. In a fruit shop plenty of fruits are at display. My eyes roll through all of them including that of apples. I do not think twice and pick some apples pay for it and get out of the shop.

So you see I am the apple that you are looking for Not some other fruits that would suffice your need. Pick me up. Hire me now.

The requirements of the job you have vacant can be best fulfilled by me. Please hire me.

I hate this kind of questions... Just say, 'because I want the job' and see what happens.
